Is there a place where I can experience the product directly?
Fittrix operates a reservation-only showroom where product demonstrations are available. If you apply through [Fittrix Homepage-Contact us-Visit request], we will contact you after checking the schedule.
Do I need any additional devices besides the FX device?
Basically, all devices are built-in, so there is no need to purchase additional devices.
Is it possible to screening the body without an administrator?
Fittrix FX is equipped with an unmanned screening function. It can be used in unmanned facilities regardless of the presence of an administrator.
How much space is needed for product installation and use?
Based on FX, the measurer is located about 2m in front, and 1m of space is needed on each side of the measurer.
What is the A/S policy?
A Fittrix technical support manager will remotely access the FX to quickly resolve any issues. Registration can be easily done through the our contact channel. If the problem cannot be resolved through remote support, an on-site A/S will be conducted. A 12-month warranty for free A/S is guaranteed after purchase.
